Mr. Lindel Desruisseaux

It is with great sadness, we announce the tragic loss of our beloved husband, father and best friend Lindel Desruisseaux on March 7th, 2024 in Olds, Alberta.

Lindel was the loving & devoted husband to Jocelyne Harrison, caring & cherished father to Brandon (Dani), Bethany (Miles) as well as Jason (Joëlle). He also leaves behind his mother Merle Sutton (the late Robert Deruisseaux); his sisters: Lisa (Robert), Lana (Tom), Leora (Shaun), the late Laura (Alain), Lea-Anne (Jamie); his brothers and sisters-in-law: Andy, Jimmy (Sandy), Robert (Jean), Patricia (Rodney), Clifford (Laurie Ann), Heather (Fred), John (Penny) as well as many nieces and nephews other family and friends.

Visitation will take place at the Charron & Lamoureux funeral complexe on Saturday March 30th, from 2pm - 4pm and from 7pm - 9pm as well as Sunday March 31st from 9am - 11am followed by a Celebration of Life in the Memorial chapel at 11 am. Interment at the Gould cemetery in Kingscroft immediately thereafter.

C'est avec une grande tristesse que nous annonçons la perte tragique de notre mari, père et meilleur ami bien-aimé Lindel Desruisseaux, le 7 mars 2024 à Olds, en Alberta.

Lindel était le mari aimant et dévoué de Jocelyne Harrison, le père attentionné et chéri de Brandon (Dani), Bethany (Miles) ainsi que Jason (Joëlle). Il laisse également dans le deuil sa mère Merle Sutton (feu Robert Deruisseaux); ses sœurs: Lisa (Robert), Lana (Tom), Leora (Shaun), feu Laura (Alain), Léa-Anne (Jamie); ses beaux-frères et belles-sœurs : Andy, Jimmy (Sandy), Robert (Jean), Patricia (Rodney), Clifford (Laurie Ann), Heather (Fred), John (Penny) ainsi que plusieurs neveux et nièces autres parents et amis.

La famille accueillera parents et amis au complexe Charron et Lamoureux le samedi 30 mars, de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h ainsi que le dimanche 31 mars de 9h à 11h suivi d'une Célébration de la Vie au Mémorial à 11h. L'inhumation au cimetière Gould de Kingscroft immédiatement après.

So very sorry for your loss. My deepest condolences to Lindel's family. He was such a great person and kindhearted soul. We were high school classmates and a good friend. I will always remember the time he came and helped my Grand-parents with their haying. Not many teenagers would go out of their way to help other on a weekend, That's just how Lindel was. You are all in my thoughts & prayers
